Engagement Photos at Curbar Edge in the Peak District
We always enjoy a mid-week journey into the wild, and there’s place better than the Peak District. The big open views and sheer rock faces surprise us with their beauty over and over again. For this wonderfully windswept shoot, these guys took us to their engagement spot, Curbar Edge. To add to the adventure, they’d forgotten the exact rock where Will asked the big question. None of us are totally sure we found the right rock, but we guess you’d agree it doesn’t matter because the scenery from any point at Curbar Edge is spectacular.
We try our hardest to let our couples relax and be themselves on our engagement shoots, and it was a pleasure to just take an easy stroll and enjoy the views with these guys.

Zach & Del's wedding at the Hafod Hotel, Aberystwyth
Oh boy is it good to be back. Back at a wedding. Back in Aberystwyth. Back with speeches, and cake, and friends, and teary eyes and full hearts.
Congratulations Zach and Del, you absolutely beautiful newly weds. Don’t stop all those facial expressions now you’re married.
These guys wanted to take some time out from getting ready to spend time with each other. Who are we to say no. Turned out to be the perfect way to calm some of those nerves.
Massive thanks to the Hafod Hotel and St Mike’s Aberystwyth for hosting, and for putting in the work to keep everyone safe. 2021 weddings are a new level of celebration. If you’re waiting for yours, let me tell you it will surely be worth it.

Willow's at home family photos
Willow is the sweetest little one, she was so chilled during our family photo session at home. She’s a month old and doing really well. I loved getting to meet this brand new family after they were given a gift voucher for photos with us.
Isn’t her nursery just beautiful! Willow and Andy start their mornings in here when she has her early morning bottle, so it was lovely to get some photos of them cuddling by the window.
Check out her gorgeous Moses basket too. It’s a family heirloom.
If you’re after some relaxed family photos why not drop us a message, we’d love to hang out at one of your favourite places and take some pictures. You can gift the magic of family memories with a gift voucher too- just head to our shop to read all about it.

Headshots in Birmingham: Heather from Beesting Digital
Heather got in touch looking for some quirky headshots to use on her new website. And since she lives really near to us Nom was delighted to walk round to her for a photo shoot!
Did you know that we work with independent businesses to capture the spirit of what they do? As well as headshots we photograph their events, facilities and products, and teach photography lessons to help them get better photos to use online.
Of course you should bring your dog to your headshots session- it wouldn’t tell the full story to leave her out!
